New Panvel – In a significant stride towards enhancing the capabilities of educators, SEEDSTARS recently conducted an impactful Faculty Development Program on Soft Skills at AIKTC’s Kalsekar Technical Campus, located in New Panvel, Mumbai. The training spanned over two months, with participants hailing from diverse departments such as the College of Engineering, School of Pharmacy, School of Architecture, and Kalsekar Polytechnic.
Comprehensive Curriculum and Engaging Sessions
The program, led by the esteemed Ms. Naushin Parkar, a Certified Life Coach, Trainer, and eCommerce Consultant, covered a wide array of soft skills essential for personal and professional growth. The curriculum was thoughtfully designed to address various facets of self-awareness, communication, leadership, decision-making, and stress management.

The weekly sessions explored topics such as self-awareness, effective communication, coding, problem-solving, leadership, conflict resolution, and stress management. The engaging curriculum included activities like personality tests, networking exercises, and vision board creation. Educators actively participated in interactive sessions, gaining insights into their strengths and weaknesses, while acquiring valuable tools for effective teaching and inspiring their students. The successful completion of the training, marked by positive feedback from both participants and management, highlighted the program’s significant impact on enhancing the skills and capabilities of the educators.
