With a mission to empower youth, SEEDSTARS and PACE Skill Development Centre are transforming lives through skill-based education and personality development. On 6th March 2024, Naushin Parkar, a renowned Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Soft Skills Trainer, was invited as a resource person at the PACE Skill Development Centre, Pratham to deliver a session on Communication and Soft Skills for the 4-wheeler automotive students.
During the session, Naushin shared valuable insights into effective communication, teamwork, and personality development, empowering the students to excel not only in their technical skills but also in professional interactions.
She expressed her admiration for the progress of the 1st batch of 4-wheeler car mechanic students, selected from Mahad and nearby villages in Raigad District. These students have successfully completed their L1 and L2 levels of training, and their L3 training is now underway.
