The SEEDSTARS Centre of Excellence successfully conducted a three-day Leadership Transformation Program for the Principals and Directors of Anjuman-I-Islam’s schools and colleges at their Bandra branch, Mumbai, from January 20 to 22, 2025.
Led by Ms. Naushin Parkar, the workshop focused on leadership identity, strategic vision, and team-building. Sessions covered self-awareness, professional commitment, mastermind circles, and vision board creation. NLP and Life Coaching techniques were integrated to provide practical insights for leadership excellence.
The program received high appreciation for its interactive approach and transformative impact, equipping leaders with effective strategies for institutional growth.
