There is no set timeline or age limit to become an entrepreneur. After working in various roles over the past 17 years, I learned invaluable lessons. I faced challenges, rejections, and moments of doubt, but I didn’t stop moving forward.
I always felt different, with unique ideas and aspirations, and wanted to connect with like-minded individuals. While I was satisfied with my job, I realized something was missing—the freedom to make my own choices, express my thoughts, take time off, and spend time with family. This freedom became my driving force.
- Freedom of Choice
- Freedom of Thoughts
- Freedom of Speech
- Freedom from Job Insecurity
- Freedom to Explore and Spend Time with Family
The First Step: Becoming a Life Coach
This search for freedom led me to take my first step toward becoming a certified Life Coach and teacher trainer. I began learning and practicing business skills, but the start of my journey still seemed far away. My goal was to create something unique and, through it, provide employment. Given my background in education, I felt compelled to uplift the quality of education in areas that needed it the most.
Building SeedStars Centre of Excellence
This vision ultimately led to my role as Co-founder of SeedStars Centre of Excellence in Mahad, Raigad. I partnered with like-minded individuals who shared my goal of impacting education meaningfully.
Our Mission at SeedStars:
- Focus on core teacher training and skill development courses for students, teachers, dropouts, and professionals.
- Promote entrepreneurship, mentor start-ups, and support individuals in establishing their businesses.
I’m grateful to Allah for His blessings and to my family and friends for their unwavering support. Your support matters because this is just the beginning, and we have a long way to go!
