On August 12, 2023, Naushin Parkar, celebrated career coach and Co-founder of SeedStars Centre of Excellence, conducted impactful coaching sessions for the girls and teachers of Jamia Mohammadia Kokan Mhasla (Girls’ Madarasa) and later at Ideal High School and Jr. College, both located in Mhasla.
At Jamia Mohammadia, Naushin was warmly welcomed by the Chairman, Mufti Sufiyan Kazi, and the Kokan Education and Welfare Association (K.E.W.A.). The institution honored her with a certificate of appreciation, presented by Ms. Fatima Chougle, Head of the Girls’ Madarasa, for her contributions to education and student development. Naushin expressed gratitude for the institution’s hospitality and respect.
Later, Naushin held a session at Ideal High School and Jr. College, supported by Principal Mr. Nazim Hasware and Vice-principal Ms. Tahmina, who coordinated the event. The primary focus of both sessions was to underscore the transformative power of personality development and the importance of skill-building for career advancement and personal confidence.
Both students and teachers showed great interest in exploring courses that could help enhance their skills and confidence. Naushin’s sessions received enthusiastic feedback, highlighting the growing commitment to personal growth and professional development in the community.
